2025 - 2026 59ers/Rockets/Knighthawks Coaching Application (Delhi- Norwich 59ers)

I, the applicant, agree that the decisions of the coach selection committee and the DNMHA board of directors are final and I hold the committee, the DNMHA board of directors and any other governing part harmless for the decision.

I acknowledge that I may be removed from any coaching position assigned at any time, at the sole discretion of the Delhi-Norwich Minor Hockey Association.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Delhi-Norwich Minor Hockey Association for my failure to abide by DNMHA, OMHA, OHF and/or Hockey Canada Guidelines.

If granted a coaching position, I will support DNMHA's philosophy of player development and will promote the playing of hockey at the highest level.  I will accept full responsibility for my actions while acting as a team official for the Delhi-Norwich Minor Hockey Association.  I understand that it is at the Delhi-Norwich Minor Hockey Association's sole discretion of whether or not to proceed with the application process and that not all candidates will be granted an interview.

I also agree by this submission to adhere to the Delhi-Norwich Minor Hockey Association's rules of operation, constitution and by-laws, and code of conduct.

If granted a team, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete all required courses/certification that will be necessary for your position.
