Please complete the following form and submit if you plan on attending U10 to U16 A 59er tryouts for Delhi-Norwich Minor Hockey. Cost is $60 for 3 tryout skates per division. The cost also allows your player to attend the B tryouts in the fall. You are welcome to wait until the fall to register for B tryouts. E-transfer the fee to [email protected]. Please use in the "Message Line" - Players Name & Reason for payment (ex. U11 Rep Tryout). Password "hockey". Tryouts will take place during the tryout window of May 3- May 11 at the Langton Arena. If you are currently registered with Delhi, Norwich or Langton for the 2024/2025 season, you can attend the prep skates free of charge. If you are from another centre, you have to attend their prep skates (if you choose) and then attend our tryouts.

TRYOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge and understand that the tryout fee of $60.00 is non-refundable. Coaching staff reserve the right to release players after three tryout sessions or anytime thereafter should additional tryouts be required. 

DNMHA Fees must be paid prior to the first tryout and will be accepeted by e-transfer only. Please remit fees to the following email address:   [email protected] with the following:
